Yard Operations Technician - Ewing, New Jersey

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help Amazon get packages to their customers fast by fueling their delivery vehicles with compressed natural gas (CNG)
• Direct drivers to filling post
• Hook up trailers and change tanks over to efficiently offload gas
• Fill tractors with CNG
• Ensure that safety procedures are followed
• Provide the first-line response to emergencies
• Maintain and submit records of fills

Unique schedule

• Seven days on, seven days off
• 12-hour shifts, either 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., or 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. for seven days on and then have seven days off
• $2.50/hour shift differential for night shift hours

Qualifications:

• 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A track record of punctuality, reliability and dependability
• The ability to keep daily records
• Must be able to lift / move 35 lbs. on a regular basis
