Michael Holt Joins NG Advantage as Director of Business Development

Colchester, VT, May 9, 2017: NG Advantage LLC, which is majority-owned by Clean Energy Fuels (NASDAQ: CLNE), announced that Michael Holt has joined its sales team as Director of Business Development. He is responsible for cultivating and closing new opportunities and nurturing existent relationships with midstream and downstream customers.

Prior to joining the NG Advantage team, Holt held various managerial positions with Direct Energy, Hess Corporation, Yankee Gas Service Company, Pace Global Energy Services, and Dominion Resources, Inc. (Virginia Power Energy Marketing).  He started his career with 9 years at Cargill, where he served customers in European, North African, Asian, and American markets.  His entire 30-year career has involved physical commodity trading and finding innovative ways to match supply with demand.

Holt brings more than 16 years of diverse experience in the energy industry including transaction structuring, origination, trading, physical option valuation, asset optimization, risk management and utility planning. He received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Ohio State University and earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis.
