Owen Banks

Owen Banks is the Director of Finance and Accounting at NG Advantage. In this role, he leads the company’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and applicable tax regulations. Banks is instrumental in driving financial performance, overseeing capital and operating budgets, and strengthening internal controls, reporting, and audit functions. His work supports informed decision-making across the organization and reinforces NG Advantage’s commitment to operational excellence and transparency.

Banks is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership across multi-state organizations and professional services environments. Prior to joining NG Advantage, he served as Executive Director at Business Resource Services, where he guided financial operations and strategic growth initiatives. Earlier, as Controller, he built a strong foundation in accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement. He also served as Senior Director of Finance at NFP, overseeing financial operations across multiple New England offices and delivering key insights to executive leadership.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insight, Banks plays a critical role in supporting NG Advantage’s continued growth and long-term value creation.
