NG ADVANTAGE ANNOUNCES NEW PROMOTIONS IN OPERATIONS, SAFETY, AND MAINTENANCE ROLES

COLCHESTER, VT – NG Advantage, which is majority-owned by Clean Energy Fuels (NASDAQ:CLNE), announced the promotions of Jay Parent to Senior Director of Operations and Safety and Michael Ditch to Senior Director of Maintenance.

“The efforts of Jay Parent and Michael Ditch have been crucial to NG Advantage and our customers,” said NG Advantage CEO Rico Biasetti. “These new leadership roles will ensure that our company continues to provide the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and production in the communities we serve.”

Both Parent and Ditch played instrumental roles in the permitting, construction, safety training, and commissioning of peaking locations for two of the largest utilities in New York State this winter.

In his new role, Parent will oversee the review of new sites and projects as well as continue to lead the company’s safety initiatives. As a certified expert in the fundamentals of natural gas, Parent manages employee training in the areas of safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, safety equipment use, as well as customer and first responder training.

Ditch will assist Parent in the identification and commissioning of new sites as well as guide the maintenance team to ensure equipment safety and reliability for all NG Advantage operations and customer sites. He is certified in the fundamentals of natural gas, propane, and fuel oil, and possesses over 15 years of experience.
